★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cheguei lá nem consegui pedir a comida, muito barulho, música alta, tocando funk com letras indecentes, minha família é evangélica e não curte esse tipo de som, poderia ser até outro tipo de música, mas aquela do dia tava demais.
I got there I couldn't even order the food, a lot of noise, loud music, playing funk with indecent lyrics, my family is evangelical and doesn't like that kind of sound, it could even be another type of music, but that one of the day was too much.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não gostei do ambiente! O restaurante fica muito cheio e não tem vazão. Muita pizza repetida o caldo e macarrão chegam frios na mesa até caldo azedo veio.
O restaurante é grande mas tem apenas uma privada para cada banheiro masculino e 1 para o feminino,fica uma fila imensa para usar o banheiro.
I didn't like the environment! The restaurant is very crowded and has no outlet. Lots of pizza repeated the broth and noodles arrive cold at the table until sour broth came.
The restaurant is large but has only one toilet for each male and 1 for the female, there is a long line to use the bathroom.

Pizza estava dura, queimado, o que servia la fora não servia la dentro, só se pedíssemos.
Uma das garçonete fez ignorancia com minha mãe enfim
Foi td ruim, a menina dos brinquedos gritando com as crianças
Enfim, coloquei muitas expectativas e fui decepcionada
Crepe, nao me foi servido, sorvete tmb não, pudim, tudo q eu via do lado de fora a gente que tinha q pedi pra servir la dentro e nunca ia
I booked 15 seats but no one was comfortable super tight so I asked to change, after we changed places we were very poorly attended
Pizza was hard, burnt, what served outside didn't serve inside, only if we asked.
One of the waitresses ignored my mother anyway
It was all bad, the toy girl yelling at the kids
Anyway, I had high expectations and was disappointed.
Crepe, I was not served, no ice cream, pudding, everything I saw outside the people who had asked to serve it inside and never went

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muito ruim, a proposta é muito boa, muitos pratos a serem servidos mas a realidade é totalmente outra. O atendimento péssimo, tem mais rodízio de pizza do que qualquer outras opções, não há mesas que caibam uma família de 10 pessoas. O tempo inteiro que estive no restaurante foi lutando para conseguir algo para comer e beber, e mesmo assim não consegui ver o tal dos hambúrguer que dizem que eles servem. Falta de organização e de atenção, alguns garçons simplesmente ignoram o seu chamado e passam por você sem ao menos olhar. Falei por diversas vezes com o que parecia ser a responsável pelo atendimento onde eu estava, é somente assim consegui ser atendido.
Too bad, the proposal is very good, many dishes to be served but the reality is totally different. The service is terrible, there are more all-you-can-eat pizzas than any other options, there are no tables that fit a family of 10 people. The entire time I was at the restaurant I was struggling to get something to eat and drink, and even then I couldn't see the hamburger they say they serve. Lack of organization and attention, some waiters simply ignore your call and pass you by without even looking. I spoke several times with what seemed to be the person responsible for the care where I was, and that's the only way I was able to be attended to.
