★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gostei do atendimento na loja, mas precisa melhorar.
Não gostei da forma de entrega e do atendimento de montagem.
Pra ser uma loja tão grande acredito que trabalhar com uma agenda facilitaria a comunicação com os clientes e inclusive a vida destes.
Fiz uma compra pelo site, que saiu mais barato do que na loja.
Achei que seria informada quando fossem entregar, já que estou na mesma cidade da distribuidora e a empresa não disponibilizar código de rastreio, mas infelizmente não fui.
Tive que ligar várias vezes p saber quando entregariam, acabou chegando no quinto dia após a compra.
A montagem foi outro dilema, não tem dia e nem hora certa, apenas um prazo de 2 a 4 dias.
Resumo entre o dia da compra e a montagem foram 9 dias, desses nove dias 6 não pude sair de casa porq talvez a qualquer momento entregariam o produto ou chegariam p montar e eu não estaria em casa.
Um absurdo isso com tantos meios de comunicação disponível.☹️
Como facilitaria a vida dos clientes se antes da entrega o cliente fosse comunicado e a montagem fosse agendada.

I thought I would be informed when they were going to deliver, since I'm in the same city as the distributor and the company doesn't provide a tracking code, but unfortunately I didn't.
I had to call several times to find out when they would deliver, it ended up arriving on the fifth day after purchase.
The assembly was another dilemma, there is no day or time, just a period of 2 to 4 days.
Summary between the day of purchase and assembly was 9 days, of those nine days I couldn't leave the house because maybe at any moment they would deliver the product or they would arrive to assemble and I wouldn't be at home.
This is absurd with so many media available.☹️
How would it make life easier for customers if before delivery the customer was communicated and the assembly was scheduled.

Gosto muito, o problema as vezes é só esse mesmo, más tem tudo. E tem também ótimo atendimento. Entrega pontual. Recomendo.

Mto embora no meu caso, a maquininha não estava funcionando. Mas não houve espera de filas. Atendimento lento na expedição do produtos adquiridos e entregues no local. Mais de 15min de espera. Ambiente agradável, climatizado, confortável.
