★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Adoro os profissionais de lá… fiz pilates em outros lugares e na vdd ficava desanimada… mas com eles a aula é dinâmica e animada… o atendimento deles é top… não tem tempo ruim… sempre ajudando os clientes da melhor forma possível… até cafezinho chá… bolachinhas… p agradar os clientes… são nota 10… recomendo de olhos fechados!!!!
I love the professionals there… I did Pilates elsewhere and on vdd I was discouraged… but with them the class is dynamic and lively… their service is top… there's no bad time… always helping customers in the best way possible… even coffee tea … cookies… p please customers… they are grade 10… I recommend with my eyes closed!!!!

Gosto muito do ambiente, do comprometimento do professor Gilberto em entender suas necessidades e limitações e, principalmente, percebo os resultados: menos dor, mais disposição e muita autoestima.
On the advice of a friend, who has been taking Pilates classes for 6 years at this location, I started doing it. I really like the environment, the commitment of Professor Gilberto to understanding his needs and limitations and, mainly, I see the results: less pain, more disposition and a lot of self-esteem.
