★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estava com o meu namorado na parte superior da loja (que estava com pouquíssimo movimento, por sinal) e esquecemos uma sacola com um sapato que tínhamos acabado de comprar em outra loja. Acabamos deixando a sacola por lá e nos demos conta logo após passar no caixa. Quando voltamos a vendedora que estava no setor disse não ter visto, os outros funcionários com um super despreparo não tentaram nos ajudar, sendo grossos e irônicos. Quando pedimos pra ver as câmeras nossa sacola "misteriosamente" foi encontrada (pela funcionária do setor) escondida na loja. Reclamamos com o gerente e ele teve a mesma postura dos demais funcionários. O fato aconteceu na semana passada e eu NUNCA mais entro na loja, assim como todas as pessoas que eu estou contando o caso.
I was with my boyfriend at the top of the store (which had very little movement, by the way) and we forgot a bag with a shoe that we had just bought at another store. We ended up leaving the bag there and we realized right after going to the cashier. When we returned the saleswoman who was in the sector said she had not seen it, the other employees with super unpreparedness did not try to help us, being thick and ironic. When we asked to see the cameras, our bag "mysteriously" was found (by the sector employee) hidden in the store. We complained to the manager and he had the same attitude as the other employees. The fact happened last week and I NEVER go into the store anymore, as do all the people I'm telling the case about.
