Nota faturada dia 23/07/2019 e entregue dia 24/07/2019
Primeira peça descongelada e água considerável dentro do pacote , retirei a água, é separei em saco esfria a na geladeira, nisso umas 10 da manhã. Cheguei em casa para fazer. Surpresa: mais água na carne dentro do saco, isso que já tirei uma parte antes.
Em torno de 250mL por peça. Abri mais uma neste mesmo processo de descongelar antes de assar e surpresa: mais 250mL de água com sangue no.pacote.
Carne babenta, com gosma.
Limpei e fui grelhar, carne soltando muita água na grelha, não passava e só minha água da mesma.
Considerei normal. Fui cortar e comer, duríssima. Uma das "picanhas" mais duras que já comi na vida.
Tirei fotos e filmei do que é a picanha "B" . Mandei msg para a vendedora que já compro para minha lanchonete. E disse que é comum. Quer dizer que congelar a carne com mais ou menos 250mL por peça de carne, é normal?? Ou seja, uma picanha de 19.80 cheia de água e dura?? Depois de assada, cortei o que dava para comer. Um pouco mais da metade no lixo.
Quanto sai efetivamente o preço? Não sei vocês consumidores e leitores me e isso é certo?
Solicitei troca: ou o que eles poderiam fazer.
A gerente não troca, não devolve o dinheiro.
E disse que só troca com a caixa dela. Agora me fala: qual freezer tenho em casa para armazenar 89 quilos de carne com caixa? Disse que é normal a carne vir com água depois de descongelar. Nunca vi em toda carne que comprei até hoje ter tudo isso de água.
Aparentemente parece ter corante na água.
Pensei em até pedir análise do produto para uma empresa.
Estou me sentindo enganado na cara de pau.
E sugiro a todos, não comprarem essa marca, pois, estamos pagando água de carne com preço de picanha.
Resultado: prejuízo da minha parte, clientes reclamando, pois vendi as "picanhas" deles para os amigos e conhecidos, pois fiquei feliz em ter conseguido um bom preço na carne para os amigos. Resultado: clientes e amigos não tem mais confiança em mim.
Regra da empresa: não trocamos carnes após 48h. deve ser examinada no ato da entrega. Como assar e comer e ver que não é picanha e que tem tudo isso de água congelada?

I considered it normal. I went to cut and eat, very hard. One of the toughest "picanhas" I've ever eaten.
I took pictures and filmed what the picanha "B" is. I sent msg to the saleswoman that I already bought for my diner. And said it's common. Does it mean that freezing meat with about 250mL per piece of meat is normal ?? That is, a steak of 19.80 full of water and hard ?? After baking, I cut what I could eat. A little more than half in the trash.
How much does the price actually come out? Do not know you consumers and readers me and this is right?

Company rule: we did not change meat after 48h. must be examined at the time of delivery. How to bake and eat and see that it is not picanha and that has it all of frozen water?
