Fui tentar marcar meu casamento e a atendente foi arrogante, mal olhou na nossa cara e nos constrangeu quando perguntamos sobre a insençao da taxa, parecia que queria se livrar da gente o mais rápido possível. Só agora descobri que cartório nenhum tem o direito de exigir documentação alguma para comprovar se podemos ou não arcar com os custos. Vou atrás dos meus direitos, pode ter certeza !
 Horrible ! I went to try to book my wedding and the attendant was arrogant, barely looked us in the face and embarrassed us when we asked about the fee, it seemed that he wanted to get rid of us as soon as possible. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui super bem atendida por uma funcionária chamada Adriana (escrevente) Além de simpática super prestativa ainda foi ética. Meu elogio vai também para outra colaboradora por nome de Lilian. Só não dou nota máxima porque não aceita cartão de débito! Isso nos dias de hoje é arcaico. E a localização é no alto de um morro! Quanto ao tempo que aguardei foi cerca de 20 minutos . E como disse antes o atendimento fez toda a diferença. Parabéns!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui super bem atendida, não precisei pegar fila para fazer os papéis de casamento, não demorou muito, a única coisa que não gostei foi ter chegado uma carta aqui em casa com meu nome e do meu noivo, pacotes de fotografia (RB fotografias), é normal isso não pedirem para as pessoas se pode ??? cartório anti ético, falta de profissionalismo dessa empresa, eu não autorizei que me enviasem nada, super invasivos passar endereço das pessoas sem consultar... Não achei certo.
