★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo, lugar lotato, só um guichê pra atender, e a recepcionista muito bem preocupada cortando papel sem chamar nenhuma senha, não sei por que contratam pessoas desse tipo, tanta gente querendo emprego e colocam pra trabalhar uma pessoa totalmente desqualificada e preguiçosa.
 Lousy, crowded place, just a window to attend, and the receptionist very well cut paper without calling a password, I don't know why they hire people of that type, so many people looking for a job and put a totally disqualified and lazy person to work.

Bad service and system down. Whenever I go there is the biggest bureaucracy in the world to do a simple notarization.

Se elas verem que você tá apressado aí que elas chamam prioridade e fazem hora mesmo. Se ganhasse por produtividade iriam passar fome. Não venham meus amigos. Cartório de péssimo atendimento
Boy, the attendants seem like they're dying. A lot of ill will. It takes too long. And they still go into the back and still don't return. If they see that you're in a hurry then they'll call it a priority and make time. If they earned by productivity, they would starve. Don't come my friends. Poor service office
