 Staff very polite but very slow...that's because it was empty...the blonde I think was responsible for it, quickly resolved everything with clarity and politeness.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O Juiz Luis foi até meu casamento pra fazer a cerimônia, tava com pressa pra fazer outra cerimônia trocou o nome do noivo inúmeras vezes, chamou os padrinhos errados pra assinar, todo mundo comentou sobre. Pensem bem antes de querer um juiz no casamento é triplo do valor do que casar no cartório pra fazer esse pouco caso. Todos os convidados lembram dessa atitude até hoje. Lamentável.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento, não existe uma senha preferencial dentro do cartório, profissionais no celular sem nenhum tipo de respeito pelas pessoas que ficam até horas esperando. Isso porque eu fui só retirar um documento!
Terrible service, there is no preferential password inside the registry, professionals on cell phones without any kind of respect for people who wait until hours. That's because I just removed a document!

A menina forçou eu abrir firma sendo que eu já tinha firma aberta, já fiz até transferência de documento de veículo, me obrigou a assinar uns papeis la, cobrou super caro por isso e eu falei a ela que já tinha firma aberta.
Da outra vez o rapaz não aceitou minhas xerox e pediu para tirar outras ... senso que me cobrou super caro, não recomendo e nem uso mais esse cartório para me fornecer serviço.
Ambas as vezes que utilizei e estou reclamando foram autenticações de documentos.
Se eu pudesse daria NENHUMA ESTRELA, mas enfim...
They take too long to serve users. They keep talking, they don't work quickly, they force you to do a job.
The girl forced me to open a firm since I already had an open firm, I even made a transfer of vehicle document, forced me to sign some papers there, she charged super expensive for it and I told her that I already had an open signature.
The other time the guy didn't accept my xerox and asked to take others... sense that he charged me super expensive, I don't recommend and I don't even use this notary to provide me with service anymore.
Both times I used it and I'm complaining were document authentications.
If I could give it NO STARS, but anyway...
