Resolvi procurar outro cartório. O atendimento online já passou as informações COMPLETAS que precisei receber. Foi rápido.
Quanto ao FEEDBACK, fiquei insatisfeita com o atendimento (por email). Boa reflexão. Espero que isso não aconteça com ninguém novamente.
By email, I was waiting for feedback a few times and felt "ignored". Before taking the original documents and copies there, I just wanted to get some questions answered first to be sure.
I decided to look for another registry. The online service has already provided the COMPLETE information I needed to receive. Was fast.
As for FEEDBACK, I was dissatisfied with the service (by email). Good reflection. I hope that doesn't happen to anyone again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sempre muito bem recebido, pessoas competentes e atenciosas que trabalham no local, tem umas cadeiras para espera do atendimento às quais das vezes que fui quase não utilizei de tão rápido que foi o atendimento em menos de 5 minutos fui chamado.
