★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pontos negativos:Técnico incompetente, trabalho mal feito. Prometem algo, não cumprem. Aparentam ter dificuldades em um simples trabalho de restauração de sistema. A triagem é péssima e seu pc é mal avaliado pela recepcionista. No recebimento, mal lhe deixam usar muito seu PC, rapidamente lhe mostram que está ligado, fecham e devolvem. Não recomendável, procurem qualquer outro canto.
Ponto positivo: tem ar condicionado
Negative points: Incompetent technician, poorly done work. They promise something, they don't do it. They appear to have difficulties in a simple system restore job. The screening is terrible and your pc is poorly rated by the receptionist. On receipt, they barely let you use your PC too much, quickly show you that it is turned on, close it and return it. Not recommended, look for any other corner.
Plus point: it has air conditioning

Outra coisa interessante é o valor, acredito que valor sempre é cobrado de forma justa e correta. Recomendo sempre a Notebook & Cia para qualquer cliente que necessita consertar um notebook ou impressora. Vale pena!
An excellent store, I have already repaired 2 notebooks and have always been very well attended. What I really like about this store is the honesty and clarity in the information regarding the repair. Another interesting thing is the value, I believe that value is always charged fairly and correctly. I always recommend Notebook & Co. to any customer who needs to repair a notebook or printer. It's worth it!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Infelizmente foi uma perda de tempo e dinheiro. Levei um notebook Lenovo para conserto, eles disseram que foi a placa mãe e que não trocavam, mas faziam reparos. Eles me cobraram R$ 450,00 me garantindo que o laptop estava bom, trouxe para casa e no dia seguinte o mesmo não ligava. Voltei e pedi que eles resolvessem o problema, visto que paguei R$ 450,00 e eles me deram garantia. Após uma semana tenho o laptop novamente e dois dias depois o mesmo apresenta o mesmo problema. Volto na loja e agora a mulher diz que precisa esperar uma peça chegar e 1 mês depois tenho o laptop de volta. Com posse do laptop eu usei na faixa de 1 semana e novamente o mesmo problema. Já havia se passado quase dois meses e minha garantia era de apenas 3 meses, mas mesmo assim levo pro conserto. A moça que me recebe diz que o serviço foi feito e alega mal uso da minha parte, no entanto ela recebe e duas semanas depois ela me devolve o laptop. Com mais duas semanas de uso e tenho o mesmo problema, e minha garantia acabou e nada foi resolvido. Com um pouco de briga da minha parte consigo extender a garantia e ela me oferece o mesmo serviço de anteriormente, eu que já havia pago e até agora sem solução. Passaram-se 6 meses no total, muitas e idas e vindas e nada resolvido. A atendente por fim disse que não podia fazer nada e que tudo tava na garantia, fora da garantia o problema era meu, ainda alegou dizendo que o problema era o Windows 10, que era um software que danificava o meu computador. Por fim, não vá nessa loja, o atendimento não é bom e o serviço sinceramente deixa muito a desejar, não faça como eu que joguei fora R$ 450,00.
Unfortunately it was a waste of time and money. I took a Lenovo notebook for repair, they said it was the motherboard and that they didn't change, but they did repairs. They charged me R $ 450.00 guaranteeing me that the laptop was good, I brought it home and the next day it didn't call. I came back and asked them to solve the problem, since I paid R $ 450.00 and they gave me a guarantee. After a week I have the laptop again and two days later it has the same problem. I return to the store and now the woman says she needs to wait for a piece to arrive and 1 month later I have the laptop back. With possession of the laptop I used it in the range of 1 week and again the same problem. It had been almost two months and my warranty was only 3 months, but I still take it for repair. The girl who receives me says that the service was done and alleges misuse on my part, however she receives it and two weeks later she returns the laptop to me. With two more weeks of use and I have the same problem, my warranty is over and nothing has been resolved. With a little bit of fighting on my part, I can extend the warranty and it offers me the same service as before, I who had already paid and until now has no solution. A total of 6 months passed, many comings and goings and nothing resolved. The attendant finally said that she couldn't do anything and that everything was under warranty, out of warranty the problem was mine, she even claimed that the problem was Windows 10, which was software that damaged my computer. Finally, do not go to this store, the service is not good and the service sincerely leaves a lot to be desired, do not do as I threw away R $ 450.00.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Técnico incompetente, serviço de má qualidade, não prometem o que cumprem, valores abusivos para serviços simples. Não solicite os serviços desta loja. Me arrependo amargamente. Tive problemas uma vez, ano passado, com uma fonte de notebook que ficaram de trazer de São Paulo e nunca voltou. Em troca, fiquei com uma fonte velha emprestada deles e ainda tive de pagar 100 reais adiantado.
Hoje, 13 de Julho de 2020, divido com todos a minha insatisfação do ter solicitado os serviços da Notebook Cia. Há 5 dias atrás, levei meu notebook Lenovo para ser formatado, pois estava cheio de vírus, algo simples fazer,depois que realizei o procedimento com outro profissional.
Levaram 3 dias para formatar meu notebook, o que fizeram de maneira muito mal feita. Deixando de instalar drives básicos como placa de vídeo. Ainda por cima particionaram meu HD em quatro, enfim, um resultado muito longe do que eu esperava.
Ao chegar, em casa com meu notebook, em menos de 3 horas de uso o windows encontra um erro e não se recupera de novo, no sábado, entrei em contato mais uma vez, e eles me pediram que trouxesse meu notebook novamente.
Decidi buscar ajuda, e formatei meu notebook novamente com outro profissional que me cobrou 3x menos o valor e levou apenas 40 min.
Meu notebook está funcionando perfeitamente, MAS NÃO GRAÇAS A NOTEBOOK E CIA!
Estive ainda a pouco com a suposta dona, e ela se recusou a devolver meu dinheiro integralmente ou uma parte dele, como também se recusou a sequer mesmo me dar direito a uma nova manutenção, caso eu precise.
Sinceramente, dessa loja eu não quero nada! Nem de graça! Só quero meu dinheiro de volta.
Incompetent technician, poor service, do not promise what they deliver, abusive values for simple services. Do not request services from this store. I regret it bitterly. I had problems once, last year, with a notebook source that they brought from São Paulo and never came back. In return, I borrowed an old font from them and still had to pay 100 reais in advance.
Today, July 13, 2020, I share with everyone my dissatisfaction of having requested the services of Notebook Cia. 5 days ago, I took my Lenovo notebook to be formatted, as it was full of viruses, something simple to do, after I performed the procedure with another professional.
It took 3 days to format my notebook, which they did very poorly. Failing to install basic drives like video card. On top of that they partitioned my HD into four, in short, a result far from what I expected.
Upon arriving at home with my notebook, in less than 3 hours of use windows finds an error and does not recover again, on Saturday, I got in touch again, and they asked me to bring my notebook again.
I decided to seek help, and formatted my notebook again with another professional who charged me 3x less the amount and took only 40 min.
My notebook is working perfectly, BUT NOT THANKS TO NOTEBOOK AND CIA!
I was just with the alleged owner, and she refused to return my money in full or part of it, but she also refused to even give me the right to a new maintenance, if I need to.
Honestly, I don't want anything from this store! Not even for free! I just want my money back.

Deixei meu notebook pra diagnóstico da condição dele, a empresa não me deu nenhum Feedback, e quando eu decidi ir buscar, me disseram que já estavam fechados, e era ainda 16h do dia da semana, dentro do horário comercial que estava anunciado no Google como aberto. Levei pra uma outra empresa, e ao chegar lá, acompanhei o conserto, e a empresa verificou que o notebook estava mal montado, com os parafusos caindo (não estava assim antes) e as específicacoes do HD dentro do notebook não batiam com as especificações originais do meu notebook. Não volto mais. O nome da minha colaboradora que deu entrada se chama Lara Vidal.
Unfortunately I had 2 bad experiences in 1 single time I looked for this company. I left my laptop to diagnose his condition, the company didn't give me any feedback, and when I decided to go get it, they told me that they were already closed, and it was still 4pm on the weekday, during business hours that were advertised on Google as open. I took it to another company, and when I got there, I followed the repair, and the company found that the notebook was poorly assembled, with the screws falling off (it wasn't like this before) and the HD specifications inside the notebook did not match the original specifications from my notebook. I won't be back. The name of my employee who entered is called Lara Vidal.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento, péssimo serviço, péssima atenção ao cliente. Lamentável que uma empresa com todo esse tempo de mercado(segundo eles desde 1994) tenha tamanho descomprometimento com o cliente.
Levei meu notebook simplesmente mais de 10x para corrigir um problema e eles não resolveram, além de ainda condenarem diversas peças no notebook(bateria, hd ssd) alegando que as mesmas estavam causando o mal funcionamento do computador.
Resultado: computador parado e tendo que me estressar movendo um processo contra a empresa no judiciário.
Bad customer service, bad service, bad customer service. It is unfortunate that a company with all this time in the market (according to them since 1994) has such a lack of commitment to the customer.
I took my notebook more than 10 times to fix a problem and they didn't solve it, in addition to condemning several parts on the notebook (battery, hd ssd) claiming that they were causing the computer to malfunction.
Result: computer stopped and having to stress myself by filing a lawsuit against the company in the judiciary.
