★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Infelizmente o dono não atende as ligações pq está com menos uma funcionária. Mas o conserto do meu notebook ficou bom e com preço justo. Recomendo ir mas loja pois é difícil contato agora na pandemia.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ SERVIÇO DE PÉSSIMA QUALIDADE E técnicos DESPREPARADOS. Ficaram com meu notebook por dois meses, sempre dizendo que o reparo estava feito e estavam testando. Quando liberaram para retirada apresentou o mesmo defeito de quando deixado para reparo. O pior é que se eu não pedisse para testar antes de retirar iria pagar pelo serviço mesmo sem o problema estar resolvido. Depois disso ainda pediram mais uma semana para verificar o problema. Duas semanas depois disseram que a placa estava queimada e queriam me passar o custo da placa mesmo sem este custo estar definido no orçamento passado no início do serviço. Se ficaram dois meses testando e não apresentou o problema significa que algo que eles fizeram danificou minha placa. Como não oferecem protocolo de atendimento ou algo que possa registrar o histórico da má prestação do serviço, fiquei no prejuízo.
Poor quality service and unprepared technicians. They kept my notebook for two months, always saying the repair was done and they were testing. When released for withdrawal presented the same defect as when left for repair. What's worse is that if I didn't ask to test before withdrawing I would pay for the service even without the problem being resolved. After that asked yet another week to look it up. Two weeks later they said the plate was burnt and wanted to pass me the cost of the plate even without this cost being set in the budget spent at the beginning of the service. If you have been testing for two months and have not presented the problem it means that something they have done has damaged my card. As they do not offer care protocol or something that can record the history of poor service, I was at a loss.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não Recomendo! Cuidado! ENROLARAM DOIS MESES com meu notebook que acabei retirando sem que fosse consertado. A cada semana eles alegavam ser um problema diferente. Várias vezes diziam que o mesmo estava pronto, quando eu ia buscar ele nem se quer ligava! Me senti prejudicada, pois precisava dele para trabalhar e quando questionei sobre a demora ainda debocharam da minha cara. Resultado: Tive que levar o notebook em outro lugar e ficou por isso mesmo!
I do not recommend! Caution! They wrapped up TWO MONTHS with my notebook which I eventually removed without being fixed. Each week they claimed to be a different problem. Several times it was said that the same was ready, when I went to get him he didn't even care! I felt harmed because I needed him to work and when I asked about the delay they still mocked my face. Result: I had to take the notebook somewhere else and that's why!
