I took my cell phone to fix it at this store and I just had a headache. too late to deliver and it came back defective every time. I do not recommend!

Quer passar nervoso?
Quer ter pico hopertensivo?
Quer ter um surto de stress?
Quer perder seu precioso tempo e seu suado dinheiro?
Quer ficar 4 meses esperando respostas de um serviço que nao funciona?
Que nao tem NENHUM respeito pelo cliente, que chama o cliente de mentiroso porque diz que o cliente levou a fonte do notebook e tambem a tela... e depois de meses acham tudo e dizem que voce é mentirosa porque voce que quebrou o computador apos uso (1 Semana no máximo) com vc e 3 meses e 3 semanas na loja. Mas o problema é seu e dizem que infelizmente nao poderão fazer nada. Ops! Apos vencer a garantia do meu produto que ainda estava com eles?
É piada? Onde estão as cameras?
PÉSSIMO É POUCO! LUGAR DEVERIA SER FECHADO E PAGO A TODOS OS CLIENTES PELOS DANOS! É SÓ OLHAREM AS RECLAMAÇÕES DOS CLIENTES!

Who has NO respect for the customer, who calls the customer a liar because he says that the customer took the source of the notebook and also the screen ... and after months they find everything and say that you are a liar because you broke the computer after use (1 week maximum) with you and 3 months and 3 weeks in the store. But the problem is yours and they say that unfortunately they will not be able to do anything. Oops! After winning the warranty on my product that was still with them?
It's a joke? Where are the cameras?
IT'S LITTLE LITTLE! PLACE SHOULD BE CLOSED AND PAID TO ALL CUSTOMERS FOR DAMAGE! JUST LOOK AT CUSTOMERS 'COMPLAINTS!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Meu notebook foi riscado, a entrega demorou cerca de 5 dias a mais que o combinado, o SSD que foi combinado de ser instalado foi instalado errado para uma capacidade maior e eles queriam cobrar mais pelo serviço. Péssimo atendimento, além de um anti-profissionalismo gigante por parte dos funcionários. Não recomendaria para ninguém.
My laptop was scratched, the delivery took about 5 days longer than the combined one, the SSD that was combined to be installed was installed wrongly for a larger capacity and they wanted to charge more for the service. Terrible service, and a giant anti-professionalism on the part of the employees. Would not recommend to anyone.
