Convivi com um problema de fábrica no meu Vostro 5470 da Dell, por alguns anos e por algum acaso achei ele no mercado livre, e marquei de ir na loja.
Quando cheguei lá ele já sabia o que era e encontrou os dois problemas, e até hoje (2 anos) de reparo, ele funciona perfeitamente.
Só quem cuida dos meus Notebooks e dos amigos que precisam, é ele. Excelente profissional. Super recomendado.
