★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O atendimento na recepção é péssimo, especialmente da funcionária Viviane que não dá um 'bom dia', não acolhe, não é gentil. Não tem inteligência emocional para lidar com público. Muito pelo contrário, é grosseira, fala em tom de voz alto e debochado e ofende.
Infelizmente passei por uma situação vexatória, humilhante, ofensiva e desnecessária nesta empresa e espero nunca mais precisar dela para nada.
Tecnicamente, não tenho do que falar.
The service at the reception is terrible, especially from the employee Viviane who doesn't say 'good morning', doesn't welcome, isn't kind. You don't have the emotional intelligence to deal with the public. On the contrary, it is rude, speaks in a loud and mocking tone of voice and offends.
