★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Falta de profissionalismo, não avisam com antecedência quando um médico não está disponível para a consulta marcada, deixam vc desmarcar seus compromissos percorrer todo o caminho até a clínica para na recepção avisarem que o médico não está disponível para a consulta

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Primeira vez que passo com meu filho para consulta pediátrica marcada(16h) já são quase 18h ainda não fui atendida e tem um monte de crianças que estão aguardando atendimento. Em nenhum momento veio algum funcionário dar explicações, sendo que a clínica fecha às 18h... Não recomendo pra ninguém, lugar muito desorganizado e não respeitam os pacientes.
The first time I go with my son for a pediatric appointment (4:00 pm) it's almost 6:00 pm I still haven't been seen and there are a lot of children who are waiting for care. At no time did any employee come to explain, and the clinic closes at 6 pm... I don't recommend it to anyone, it's a very disorganized place and they don't respect patients.

It was horrible, a totally uneducated doctor, ignorant, with no structure to attend to. Worst clinical center I've ever been to. I do not recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Minha primeira experiência não foi boa pq a médica faltou e moro longe e eles avisaram qdo estava lá, e já estava há meses aguardando a consulta fiquei brava, o convênio me ligou remarcou a consulta, e amei a Gastropediatra Dra Luísa Maria de Morais Holanda, um pouco séria, mas muito atenciosa e educadas, super clara nas explicações, investiga a causa do problema, pede exames, esclarece todas as dúvidas e explica direitinho o tratamento, sem pressa quantas vezes for preciso, meu filho tem melhorado muito com ela e estou muito satisfeita com a profissional maravilhosa q ela é. E a recepção TB educados e atenciosos. Lugar limpo e bonito.
My first experience was not good because the doctor was absent and I live far away and they told me when I was there, and I had been waiting for months for the appointment I was angry, the health insurance called me rescheduled the appointment, and I loved the Gastropediatrician Dr Luísa Maria de Morais Holanda, a little serious, but very attentive and polite, super clear in the explanations, investigates the cause of the problem, asks for tests, clarifies all doubts and explains the treatment correctly, without haste as often as necessary, my son has improved a lot with her and I am very satisfied with the wonderful professional she is. And the polite and attentive TB reception. Clean and beautiful place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ótimo centro clínico, porém muito cheio, o atendimento é razoável algumas atendentes com muito pouca vontade no atender e dar orientações, precisam uma reciclagem de atendimento pois quem vai lá, vai por estar doente e não a passeio

Minha filha foi muito bem atendida pela pediatra e pela gastropediatra.
Ela estava mau e teve que fazer duas lavagens tadinha, ficamos quase o dia todo na enfermaria que foram muito boazinhas e atenciosas,me ajudando todo tempo.

Eu estava muito mal, era visível, ninguém me chamava pra atender e qua do chegou a minha vez, depois de mais de 1nhora, a médica sem ninguém na sala ficou uns 15 minutos mexendo no celular, sem olhar na minha cara, tomei medicação na veia e nem na sala eu pude ficar e me mandaram pra recepção esperar 30 minutos pra saber se minhas dores passaram! Depois de 30 minutos, ainda sem olharem na minha cara e eu dizendo que ainda estava com dores me mandaram embora dizendo que a dor iria passar! Pior lugar que eu já fui em relação a saúde e profissionalismo
Bad place! Worst place I have ever been regarding health and professionalism
