★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 09/11/2021 fui atendido por um atendente na recepção chamado Roberto muito mal educado sujeito sem um pingo de generosidade simpatia e preguiçoso.
Fui atendido por esse cara que por sinal visivelmente infeliz no seu trabalho acho que ele não está contente com seu emprego cheguei para ser atendido o Roberto atendente nem olha na sua cara e joga uma folha sem mais nem menos JOGA a folha pra você preencher e não instrui vc a nada simplesmente jogou a folha em cima da mesa e disse preenche aí. Sujeito muito mal educado.
Tanta gente desempregada e tem pessoas empregadas assim ?.
 11/09/2021 I was attended by an attendant at the reception named Roberto, very rude guy without an ounce of kindness and lazy generosity.
I was attended by this guy who, by the way, visibly unhappy in his work, I think he is not happy with his job. I arrived to be seen. Roberto, the attendant, doesn't even look at your face and throws a sheet just like that. instructs you to nothing simply threw the sheet on the table and said fill in there. Very rude guy.
So many unemployed people and there are people employed like that ?.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento telefônico precário, com espera superior a 15 minutos, para ser derrubado no momento do atendimento. Depois de uma hora tentando contato, a atendente Milena não conseguiu concluir a abertura do chamado pois não conseguiu realizar o meu agendamento por problemas de sistema. Absurdo. Não recomendo a ninguém.
Poor telephone service, with a wait of more than 15 minutes, to be knocked down at the time of service. After an hour trying to contact, the attendant Milena was unable to complete the opening of the call because she could not make my appointment due to system problems. Absurd. I don't recommend it to anyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento, tenho exame agendado às 8:10, cheguei 10 minutos antes, já são quase 08:30 e nem passei no guinche ainda. Isso aqui não é SUS não, mas o atendimento ta pior que o sus.
Terrible service, I have an exam scheduled at 8:10 am, I arrived 10 minutes earlier, it's almost 8:30 am and I haven't even gone to the tow truck yet. This is not SUS, but the service is worse than SUS.

Nesta semana, busquei atendimento no Notrelabs Ipiranga e a fila para o primeiro atendimento estava na calçada. Fui buscar informações sobre o motivo e a informação prestada é que metade dos colaboradores estavam de férias. No período da manhã, que é horário de pico por sinal, apenas 2 atendentes para suprir a alta demanda do local. Mais de uma hora para abrir uma ficha não faz sentido! Noto que, cada fez mais o número de pacientes aumentam e o quadro de colabores não!
Bad experience!
This week, I looked for assistance at Notrelabs Ipiranga and the line for the first appointment was on the sidewalk. I looked for information about the reason and the information provided is that half of the employees were on vacation. In the morning, which is peak time by the way, there are only 2 attendants to meet the high demand of the place. More than an hour to open a file makes no sense! I notice that, each time the number of patients increases and the number of collaborators does not!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A notrelabs no geral é boa. O local de atendimento é bom, estrutura, atendimento, tempo de espera. O grande problema é os locais de atendimento disponíveis. Já tive que me deslocar a distâncias de até duas horas do meu endereço, por que as Notrelabs próximas a mim (3 unidades à menos de 20 minutos do meu endereço) não atendiam às especialidades que eu preciso. Ou seja, muitas unidades, mas as que realmente são abrangentes em suas especialidades, são super longe e pouco acessíveis. Dependendo de onde estiver, vai ter que viajar São Paulo inteiro pra chegar em sua consulta.
notrelabs is generally good. The service location is good, structure, service, waiting time. The big problem is the available service locations. I already had to travel distances of up to two hours from my address, because the Notrelabs near me (3 units less than 20 minutes from my address) did not meet the specialties I need. In other words, many units, but those that are really comprehensive in their specialties, are super far away and not very accessible. Depending on where you are, you'll have to travel all over São Paulo to get to your appointment.

Cheguei neste local para realizar alguns exames, retirei minha senha e fiquei aguardando chamar, no painel pulou minha senha e chamou a senha seguinte a minha, fui até um dos guichês e informei que haviam pulado minha senha, a atendente extremamente descontrolada começou a gritar dizendo que eu tinha que aguardar chamar a minha senha, eu tentei explicar que tinham pulado a minha senha e ela não deixava falar, uma outra atendente disse que já tinha cancelado a senha e as duas começaram a alterar o tom de voz uma com a outra. Um despreparo e uma falta de educação sem igual. Deveriam investir mais em treinamento para esse pessoal, sou educada e procuro respeitar a todos sempre, agora acho inaceitável ser destratada desta maneira.
HORRIBLE SERVICE. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não dou sorte nesse lugar. Há um tempo atrás demorou horrores para eu ser atendida tanto na recepção quanto para ser chamada para o exame, a enfermeira que coletou o sangue tinha a mão mega pesada e doeu pacas, duas vezes que fiz exame lá. Parei de ir.
Esses dias precisei ir lá porque não tinha opção, demorou horrores de novo na recepção, depois de muito tempo quando chegou a minha vez, a atendente disse que o exame que eu queria fazer essa só até 10 horas da manhã. Por que o convênio não me falou isso, quando eu liguei para perguntar em qual laboratório ir? Péssimo.
