★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui hoje com sintomas de COVID com um pedido médico com histórico e solicitação do exame PCR, me informei a respeito antes de pegar uma senha.. Peguei a senha, vi que havia mais de 25 pessoas a serem atendidas na minha frente. Até aguardei por 45 minutos, onde observei que somente 7 pessoas haviam sido chamadas..Eu fui, tentei agendar, não consegui presencial, tentei por telefone que está impossibilitado de receber ligação, outro só chama.. NOTRELAB MOGI PIOR LABORATÓRIO
Today I went with symptoms of COVID with a medical request with a history and request for a PCR test, I got informed about it before getting a password. I got the password, I saw that there were more than 25 people to be seen in front of me. I even waited for 45 minutes, where I noticed that only 7 people had been called..I went, tried to schedule, couldn't be present, tried by phone that is unable to receive a call, another just calls.. I was going to do some tests there, but I gave up because of the comments, and no one was either evaluating or responding to these demands... Apparently, they don't care...

Não há o que reclamar, atendimento rápido.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo laboratório, nunca havia entrado num laboratório com e recepção tão suja e atendentes fazendo pouco caso do cliente com hora agendada! Fui com horário agendado entrei sem guia porque o sistema não estava funcionando, lá dentro um descaso apenas eu e minha filha aguardando para o horário agendado as 15:05 com Dra Maria Claudia só ouvia bate papo e risadas e ninguém nos chamava até que depois de 25 min cobrar pelo meu horário agendado e ainda me chamaram a atenção dizendo que lá dentro não tinha ficha em espera! Um absurdo! Enfim o PCR para minha filha com o objetivo de entrada em evento e o laudo não foi emitido no período acordado em protocolo, sendo que a profissional Dra Maria Claudia também nos confirmou verbalmente que o resultado seria liberado na sexta feira. Resultado, evento perdido! E serviu como aprendizado não usar um laboratório como este tão irresponsável com seus compromissos de prazos tão importantes para o cliente.
Terrible laboratory, I had never entered a laboratory with such a dirty reception and attendants making light of the client with a scheduled time! I went with a scheduled time, I went in without a guide because the system was not working, just me and my daughter were neglecting inside, waiting for the scheduled time at 15:05 with Dr Maria Claudia I only heard chats and laughs and no one called us until after 25 min to charge for my scheduled time and they called my attention saying that there was no token waiting inside! Nonsense! Finally, the PCR for my daughter with the purpose of entering the event and the report was not issued within the period agreed in the protocol, and the professional Dr Maria Claudia also verbally confirmed to us that the result would be released on Friday. Result, missed event! And it served as a learning curve not to use a laboratory like this so irresponsible with its deadline commitments that are so important to the client.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O atendimento na recepção é péssimo atendentes mal humoradas sem nenhuma educação tratando os pacientes com descaso como podem contratar pessoas assim pra lhe dar com o público? Fica a minha indignação pelo tratamento dado pelas atendentes. Contratem pessoas que precisam realmente trabalhar e que tenham empatia pelo próximo.
The service at the reception is terrible bad tempered attendants with no education treating patients with disregard how can they hire people like that to deal with the public? I am outraged at the treatment given by the attendants. Hire people who really need to work and who have empathy for others.

Fui fazer teste com covid e o atendimento é péssimo, a mulher que foi coletar falou que não pode tomar café uma hora antes, porém a mulher viu eu comprando o café e não falou nada, somente na coleta que foi falar.
" Detalhe: existe uma máquina de café bem no corredor que faz a coleta do covid. Quanta imbecilidade!!!!!!!!
Atendimento da mulher que coletou é péssimo, mulher com falta de educação!
Interessante que fui fazer o teste pois minha mulher está grávida e ti já que manter distância, porém demora 4 dias pro teste ficar pronto. Fui informado que estão com falta de teste rápido.
QUALQUER FARMÁCIA BOCA DE PORCO TEM O TESTE PRA FAZER O LIXO DA NOTRE DAME NAO TEM.

Interesting that I went for the test because my wife is pregnant and you have to keep your distance, but it takes 4 days for the test to be ready. I was informed that they are missing the quick test.
