Sempre tive que retornar a ligação, a tal Rose que atende o telefone nunca sabe de nada, como que uma pessoa dessa desorientada e burra fica responsável pra atender cliente? Não consegui fechar negocio, porque eles são desorganizados e nunca tem data pra ir fazer orçamento e tão pouco iniciar o trabalho. Da impressão que estão fazendo um favor para o cliente. Detestei e não recomendo. Nunca consegui tirar minhas duvidas com quem fara o serviço, pois a atendente imbecil não permite. Não contratem, pois vão se arrepender.
Bad service, they don't give any feedback. I always had to return the call, the Rose who answers the phone never knows anything, how can someone like that bewildered and stupid be responsible for answering a customer? I was unable to close the deal, because they are disorganized and never have a date to go to budget and to start work. From the impression that they are doing the customer a favor. I hated it and don't recommend it. I was never able to clear my doubts with those who will do the job, because the imbecile attendant doesn't allow it. Do not hire, as you will regret it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ São péssimos de prazo e atendimento! Nunca dão um resposta concreta de quando farão o serviço, ficam fugindo como se estivessem fazendo um favor e não fosse receber por isso! Nunca vi isso, o cliente tem que implorar pra conseguir um serviço no qual vai pagar pra ter. Detalhe que não é barato, pois informam o valor por metro quadrado, mas quando o cliente vai contratar o serviço, eles estipulam um minimo de 30 metros para aplicação e cobram mais de R$ 500,00 reais. A tal da Rose que atende o telefone, é uma pessoa péssima pra falar com pessoas, pois ela não presta atenção em que o cliente fala e nunca da um retorno referente a nada! Decepcionante!
They are terrible terms and service! They never give a concrete answer as to when they will do the service, they run away as if they were doing a favor and would not be paid for it! I've never seen it, the client has to beg to get a service that he will pay to have. Detail that is not cheap, as they inform the value per square meter, but when the client is going to hire the service, they stipulate a minimum of 30 meters for application and charge more than R $ 500.00 reais. The Rose who answers the phone, is a terrible person to talk to people, because she does not pay attention to what the customer speaks and never gives a return on anything! Disappointing!
