Mesmo ao provar que o produto que comprei veio com defeito, com a nota fiscal e garantia, os funcionarios se negaram a efetuar a troca do mesmo sem a presenca da DONA da loja. Estou abrindo uma denuncia no procon.
Employees acting with illegal practices that go against the consumer's code. Even when proving that the product I bought came defective, with the invoice and warranty, the employees refused to exchange it without the presence of the store owner. I'm opening a complaint in procon.
