★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Salgadinho sequinho, gostoso, quentinho, entregador educado e atencioso, mas, mesmo constando no Ifood que são mini eu achei extremamente pequeno, muito mesmo, se fosse um pouco maior seria ainda melhor.
Dry snacks, tasty, warm, polite and attentive delivery, but even though they are mini in Ifood I thought it was extremely small, really, if it were a little bigger it would be even better.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Salgados tem qualidade no sabor, porém achei pequeno em comparação a outros que costumo comprar. O grande problema que eu tive foi que comprei 50 salgadinhos e chegaram 40 na embalagem (sim, eu contei). Quando entrei em contato pra resolver o problema, não me atenderam. Lamentável!
Salts have quality in flavor, but I found it small compared to others that I usually buy. The big problem I had was that I bought 50 snacks and 40 arrived in the packaging (yes, I counted). When I got in touch to solve the problem, they didn't answer me. Unfortunate!

O atendimento é bom, porém, Quando peguei o estabelecimento ainda aberto e pedi um copo de salgadinhos no valor de 10, NÃO fui atendido por conta do prazo de 20:00 já ter se passado, "entre aspas", a funcionária falou, com um aspecto chocho, que estava aguardando apenas o entregador chegar, senti uma má vontade dela, pois as mesas e cadeiras estavam do lado de fora, dando a impressão a qualquer pessoa de que o estabelecimento estava funcionando, ainda tinha coxinhas visíveis no vidro!
RECOMENDA-SE:
✅ Se o estabelecimento fecha as 20 horas, recolham tudo antes do horário previsto e os guarde, abaixe a grade do portão e se quiser, exponha uma plaquinha -fechamos ou fechado, evitando o constrangimento dos clientes.
✅Funcionários devem ser treinados para não ficarem com cara de zangados pela insistência dos clientes;
O estabelecimento tem um dos menores preços, além da qualidade dos produtos em oferta. Tem tudo para crescer e vir a ser um restaurante. Mas precisa de ótimos profissionais envolvidos no processo, como uma pessoa que eu vi lá, estava rindo ao falar com a filha pelo celular, ela sabe atender bem!
Falo isso, pois como trabalhador de comércio lá no Piauí, aprendemos a atender com prioridade, qualidade e afeto!

The service is good, however, When I got the establishment still open and asked for a glass of snacks worth 10, I was NOT attended because of the 20:00 deadline, "in quotes", the employee spoke, with a shocked aspect, which was just waiting for the delivery man to arrive, I felt a bad desire for her, because the tables and chairs were outside, giving the impression to anyone that the establishment was working, there were still drumsticks visible in the glass!
RECOMMENDED:
✅ If the establishment closes at 8 pm, collect everything before the scheduled time and keep them, lower the gate grid and if you want, expose a sign - closed or closed, avoiding customer embarrassment.
✅ Employees must be trained not to look angry at customers' insistence;
The establishment has one of the lowest prices, in addition to the quality of the products on offer. It has everything to grow and become a restaurant. But she needs great professionals involved in the process, like a person I saw there, she was laughing when talking to her daughter on her cell phone, she knows how to handle it well!
I say that, as a trade worker there in Piauí, we learn to serve with priority, quality and affection!
