Quero falar que a pizza era sensacional e que falava da ótima qualidade para que todos que frequentam minha casa e pedia sempre, sem medo.
Mais tenho que expressar minha decepção com meus últimos pedidos.
Catupiry trocado por um inferior e que só houve sinceridade por parte da pizzaria quando questionamos.
A borda que era esplêndida e um diferencial das demais do bairro que cobram de forma separada, já não temos mais.
Infelizmente não está valendo o preço cobrado, a qualidade caiu e muito e isso não me agrada e me faz repensar meus próximos pedidos e indicação da mesma para outros vizinhos.

I want to say that the pizza was sensational and that it spoke of the excellent quality for everyone who frequents my house and always ordered, without fear.
But I have to express my disappointment with my latest orders.
Catupiry exchanged for an inferior one and that there was only sincerity on the part of the pizzeria when we asked.
The border that was splendid and a difference from the others in the neighborhood that charge separately, we no longer have.
Unfortunately it is not worth the price charged, the quality has dropped a lot and this does not please me and makes me rethink my next orders and recommending the same to other neighbors.

Peca no atendimento que é demorado e só tem a opção de telefone, não tem em nenhum app ou número de Whatsapp.
Para achar o cardápio tem de ir em publicações muito antigas do Facebook, por esta motivo tive de pedir o panfleto

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pizzaria era sensacional, mas agora parece que estão fazendo um favor para nós que pagamos e damos lucro para eles, esquecem que os clientes são o que mantém o negócio funcionando e que o atendimento é o que deixa a primeira impressão e depois o produto. Atendimento péssimo, falta de educação e mal humor são o carro chefe e o produto infelizmente declinou! Não compro mais nessa pizzaria. Tem os áudios da ligação gravados e estou tentando buscar solução no procon, tive muita paciência, mas já deu.
Pizzeria was sensational, but now it seems that they are doing us a favor that we pay and make a profit for them, they forget that the customers are what keep the business running and that the service is what leaves the first impression and then the product. Terrible service, lack of education and bad mood are the flagship and the product unfortunately declined! I won't buy from this pizzeria again. It has the audios of the call recorded and I'm trying to find a solution in procon, I had a lot of patience, but it's done.
