Eu precisei de uma pequena alteração no carimbo, para emissão de receituário médico e como tinha prazo, expliquei a situação ao lojista. A resposta foi "temos 2 dias úteis para fazer o carimbo". O que fiz foi ir até o local e retirar o carimbo de volta, que após 1 dias útil e meio, não havia sido modificado. Portanto, se você tiver urgência, melhor pensar bem.
 I had 2 experiences. The first was a good one. The second, not so much. I needed a small change in the stamp, to issue a medical prescription and as I had a deadline, I explained the situation to the shopkeeper. The reply was "we have 2 working days to make the stamp". What I did was go to the place and remove the stamp back, which after 1 and a half business days, had not been modified. So, if you have urgency, better think about it.
