Meu pedido veio faltando mercadoria e não há quem resolva.
Vendedor não resolve, gerente não resolve, SAC não resolve. Um empurra pra outro. Verdadeira frustração pra quem está iniciando um negócio, comprar em uma empresa assim.
Vou procurar os órgãos competentes, para sanar essa irresponsabilidade. Só assim que funciona o Brasil!
I bought from this company once and never again!
My order came missing goods and there is no one to solve.
Seller doesn't solve it, manager doesn't solve it, SAC doesn't solve it. One pushes the other. Real frustration for anyone starting a business to buy from a company like this.
I will look for the competent bodies, to remedy this irresponsibility. That's just how Brazil works!
