Uma caixa de 12 quilos, de cara ja percebi que tinha alguma coisa errada, pesei e tinha exatamente 11,840 onde o mesmo estava com uma crosta enorme de gelo (sei que existe uma tolerancia de gelo ate por que sao produtos pereciveis) pois bem, descongelei. Ao pesar novamente vem a surpresa. Tinha exatamente 5,990. Ou seja, metade era gelo!!!. Um verdadeiro desrespeito com o consumidor. Entrei em contato com a empresa e a vendedora disse que nao podia fazer nada pois os produtos ja sao entregues para eles assim. Ae eu pergunto, vc compra lula e paga o dobro em gelo??? Ridiculo.
I ordered frozen squid this week and received it today around 8 am. A box of 12 kilos, I already realized that there was something wrong, I weighed and had exactly 11,840 where it was with a huge crust of ice (I know there is a tolerance of ice because they are perishable products) well, I thawed . When weighing again comes the surprise. It had exactly 5,990. That is, half was ice !!!. A real disrespect for the consumer. I contacted the company and the seller said that I could not do anything because the products are already delivered to them like this. And I ask, do you buy squid and pay twice as much on ice ??? Ridiculous.
