Na nova consulta, após chegar na clínica, uma das recepcionistas informou que meu horário seria 45 min após o agendado, e que a Dra. ainda atrasaria. Não enviaram sequer uma mensagem me avisando.
 My experience: The endocrinologist does not work on time. In my first consultation, I delayed more than 45 min. At the new appointment, after arriving at the clinic, one of the receptionists informed me that my time would be 45 min after the scheduled appointment, and that Dr. would still be late. They didn't even send a message warning me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Realizei um exame em fevereiro, mandei n mensagens requerendo o resultado, e nada. Hoje precisei desmarcar uma consulta por ter tido um imprevisto, estou desde as 09h00 tentando contanto pelo telefone e pelo whatsapp e nada de me darem retorno para que eu possa remarcar. Atendimento péssimo, descaso com os pacientes!
Deveriam ao menos ter mais respeito com os pacientes.
Uma pena, embora o médico seja excelente, o desgaste não vale a pena. Me resta ir buscar o resultado e procurar outro médico. Não indico para ninguém.
I took an exam in February, I sent n messages asking for the result, and nothing. Today I had to reschedule an appointment because I had an unforeseen event, I've been trying to contact you by phone and whatsapp since 09:00 and no response so I can reschedule. Terrible service, carelessness with patients!
They should at least have more respect for patients.
A pity, although the doctor is excellent, the wear and tear is not worth it. I have to go get the result and find another doctor. I don't recommend it to anyone.

Pessoa agradável, bem humorada e muito profissional. É difícil um tratamento tão bacana! Foi minha primeira visita à clínica e fiquei com ótima impressão.
