No momento de efetuar o pagamento minha mãe entregou ao gerente que estava no caixa o valor de 50,00, sendo que o valor dos pães foi 9,24. O gerente alegou que minha mãe deu para ele o valor de 20,00, mas não é verdade o mesmo guardou o valor de 50,00 e devolveu para a minha mãe o valor de 10,00. No final o gerente ficou tirando sarro da minha mãe. Fujam deste lugar! Tem funcionário ladrão

Paguei um frango assado as 10:00 e ao meio-dia minha esposa foi buscar e disseram que não sabiam de nada (adata foi 27/10/2019 as 12:01), quando voltei pessoalmente todo mundo ficou cheio e preocupação e me entregaram o produto sem ao menos perguntar quem era. Como não me conheciam? Como disse o caixa?
Employees don't care about customers. I paid a roast chicken at 10am and at noon my wife went to get it and they said they didn't know anything (adata it was 27/10/2019 at 12:01) when i came back everyone was full and worry and they handed me over the product without even asking who it was. How did you not know me? How did the teller say?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bons produtos, boa variedade e qualidade, preços compatíveis com as demais padarias da região, o atendimento tem melhorado, o que é bastante elogiável!
O pãozinho, que é o "carro-chefe" de qualquer padaria, aqui é bom.
Destaque também para as pizzas (4 sabores) que são gostosas e tem preço atraente.
O ponto negativo fica pela falta de simpatia do dono, e pelo fato desagradável de acrescentarem taxas extras nos preços de alguns produtos, como cigarros por exemplo, se a compra for efetuada com cartões, inclusive débito! Atitude antipática!
Não possui estacionamento, porém é fácil estacionar nas imediações!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ligue agora às 18: 30 hs para encomendar uns lanches naturais que eles costumam deixar expostos no balcão. Para minha surpresa o atendente disse que já tinha acabado . Pedi para fazer mais e disseram que não dá pra fazer. Aí eu pergunto, qual é a dificuldade de uma padaria cortar o pão, colocar algumas fatias de peito de peru, tomate, alface e atender a encomenda do cliente. Eu ia pedir 6 lanches e o cara não quiz fazer. E o pior que você chega lá agora e a padaria está vazia e eles não estão fazendo nada. Atendentes péssimos do horário da tarde. Os que atendem de manhã, como o Edmar são 100%. Mas o que atende á tarde não estão nem aí com a satisfação do cliente. Vai achando que emprego é garantido, vai ?
Call now at 6:30 pm to order some natural snacks that they usually leave on the counter. To my surprise the attendant said it was over. I asked to do more and they said it can't be done. Then I ask, what is the difficulty for a bakery to cut bread, add some slices of turkey breast, tomato, lettuce and fulfill the customer's order. I was going to order 6 snacks and the guy didn't want to do it. And the worst thing is you get there now and the bakery is empty and they're not doing anything. Bad attendants in the afternoon. Those who work in the morning, like Edmar, are 100%. But the ones that serve in the afternoon don't give a damn about customer satisfaction. Thinking that a job is guaranteed, are you?
