O condomínio instalou a antena coletiva com eles, mas não informaram que ao mudarem taps/divisores, poderia ter que substituir os internos nos apartamentos. Com isso fui obrigado a chamar e pagar a visita só para trocar um divisor no meu apartamento. OK. Seis meses depois, um canal começa a falhar e eles dizem que não é a antena (mas afeta vários apartamentos). Depois de muita insistência, vêm até o condomínio e trocam um amplificador para ver se resolve (não medem ou tentam regular o antigo, que só dava defeito em um canal). Trocado o amplificador, 3 dias depois começa a apresentar congelamento do canal (em mais de um apartamento) e eles voltam a insistir que é problema interno, que cada apartamento tem que chamar individualmente. Péssimo serviço e atendimento.
Terrible service and collective antenna service.
The condominium installed the collective antenna with them, but they did not inform that when changing taps/dividers, they might have to replace the internal ones in the apartments. With that I was forced to call and pay the visit just to change a divider in my apartment. OK. Six months later, one channel starts to fail and they say it's not the antenna (but it affects several apartments). After a lot of insistence, they come to the condominium and change an amplifier to see if it works (they don't measure or try to regulate the old one, which only failed in one channel). After changing the amplifier, 3 days later the channel starts to freeze (in more than one apartment) and they insist that it is an internal problem, that each apartment has to call it individually. Terrible service and care.

The prices are a little high, but you can find everything and more in the electronics and hardware issue, very good service too, staff is very helpful

Fui trocar um adaptador de video que não funcionou por ser só saída, e o dono, sujeito arrogante e dono da razão me mandou calar a boca e me chamando de “amiguinho” sem ter a menor intimidade com minha pessoa, já o vi fazer o mesmo com seus funcionários.
I've always been their customer, but after being abused by the owner, I never go back there. I went to change a video adapter that didn't work because it was just an output, and the owner, an arrogant guy and owner of reason, told me to shut up and called me "little friend" without having the slightest intimacy with me, I've seen him do the even with your employees.
