Sou aluna nova e futura ex aluna devido ao péssimo atendimento que tive no horário da noite.
Antes de me matricular perguntei a recepcionista se o professor acompanha os alunos, e óbvio que a resposta foi sim, mas na prática é bem diferente. Já na avaliação não gostei. Meu objetivo é emagrecer e nem quantos quilos preciso perder foi falado, nada! O professor pegou minha ficha e mandou eu procurar o professor que montaria minha série, esperei que esse falasse algo e nada também, mandou eu voltar no dia seguinte que minha série estaria pronta, não passou nenhum exercício, nada, como não sabia o que fazer e também frustada foi embora!
Pois bem, no dia seguinte voltei e pedi ajuda a professora que apenas mostra o aparelho e vira as costas, me deixou sozinha nem para olhar se estava fazendo certo ou não. Foi conversar com outros alunos. Eu perguntei se poderiam me devolver o dinheiro como não quiseram resolvi ficar só esse mês. Tentar mais uma vez, pedi novamente a professora que por outra vez mostrou o aparelho que eu nunca vi e virou as costas pra mim, fiquei lá por alguns minutos mas indignada fui falar com a recepcionista, falei que por isso não vou continuar e a resposta que tive foi: "Você não é a primeira aluna a reclamar, SE CONTINUAR ASSIM VOU PRECISAR FALAR COM O COORDENADOR."
Se continuar? O que falta acontecer, alguém se machucar? Paguei avaliação e mensalidade e não vou ficar. Apenas me aborreci e joguei dinheiro fora.

I am a new student and a future ex student due to the terrible service I had at night.
Before enrolling, I asked the receptionist if the teacher accompanies the students, and obviously the answer was yes, but in practice it is quite different. I did not like the evaluation. My goal is to lose weight and not even how many kilos I need to lose was talked about, nothing! The teacher took my file and told me to look for the teacher who would set up my series, I waited for him to say something and nothing too, he told me to come back the next day that my series would be ready, there was no exercise, nothing, as I didn't know what to do and also frustrated, she left!
Well, the next day I came back and asked for help from the teacher who just shows the device and turns her back, left me alone not even to look if I was doing it right or not. He went to talk to other students. I asked if they could return the money to me as they didn't want to decide to stay alone this month. Try again, I asked the teacher again, who again showed me the device I never saw and turned her back on me, I stayed there for a few minutes but outraged I went to talk to the receptionist, I said that I will not continue and the answer I had was: "You are not the first student to complain, IF YOU STILL GO THERE I WILL NEED TO TALK TO THE COORDINATOR."
If continue? What's left to happen, someone get hurt? I paid evaluation and tuition and I'm not staying. I just got bored and threw money away.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estou nesta academia há 4 meses e está melhorando sempre a estrutura. Todos os professores são atenciosos e as recepcionistas simpáticas e solícitas.
I've been at this gym for 4 months and it's always improving the structure. All the teachers are attentive and the receptionists friendly and helpful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Aparelhos mal conservados e péssimas regras de higiene. Não há controle sobre uso de máscara, nenhum professor e funcionário usam, raramente se encontra álcool e pano para higienizar os aparelhos e o banheiro quase nunca tem sabão para higienizar as mãos.
Poorly maintained appliances and poor hygiene rules. There is no control over the use of a mask, no teacher or employee uses it, alcohol and cloth are rarely found to clean the appliances and the bathroom almost never has soap to clean the hands.
