★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me cobraram para fazer um serviço, achei muito caro, mas precisava fazer e aceitei, quando fomos buscar o carro, eles arrumaram outras coisas sem nossa autorização e cobraram mais 190,00, reclamei mas tive que pagar pq o serviço já estava feito, horas depois a roda do carro soltou, precisei pagar mais 200,00 para um guincho, tentei ligar na oficina e não atenderam. Não recomendo nunca.
 They charged me to do a service, I thought it was very expensive, but I needed to do it and accepted, when we went to get the car, they arranged other things without our authorization and charged 190.00 more, I complained but I had to pay because the service was already done, hours then the car wheel loosened, I had to pay another 200.00 for a tow truck, I tried to call the workshop and they didn't answer. I never recommend it.

Mal atendimento, os funcionários colocaram um monte de defeito no meu carro só para ganhar dinheiro, sai de la e levei no meu mecânico de confiança que olhou tudo e disse que não tinha defeito nenhum! E ainda por cima disseram que os supostas “problemas” que meu carro tinha não daria para fazer os serviços que eu tinha comprado e ja tinha pago. Nunca mais volto la e não remendo pra ninguém!
Terrible! Poor service, the employees put a lot of defects in my car just to make money, I got out of it and took it to my trusted mechanic who looked at everything and said there was no defect! And on top of that they said that the supposed “problems” that my car had would not be enough to do the services I had bought and had already paid for. I'm never going back there and I don't patch it for anyone!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo,fiz alinhamento e balanceamento, descobri que não fizeram balanceamento,e o alinhamento estava todo desregulado.
Gastei 200 reais aí pra nada. O carro com pneu novo notei que estava trepidando e saindo de lado nós buracos. Enfim fui no pérola pneus em frente o braguinha e fiz alinhamento técnico a laser e balanceamento e no visor vi o quanto estava fora. Não volto mais aí por nada. Cuidado muito mal caráter esse pessoal.
Very bad, I did alignment and balancing, I found that they did not do balancing, and the alignment was all unregulated.
I spent 200 reais there for nothing. The car with the new tire noticed that it was rattling and leaving the holes aside. Anyway I went on the pearl tires in front of the braguinha and did technical laser alignment and balancing and on the display I saw how much was out. I won't be back there for anything. Care very bad character these people.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Você chega para arrumar um problema e eles querem sair trocando tudo, sem falar no pós venda/serviço que é fraco. Gastei uma fortuna e a suspensão está com barulho ainda, voltei lá e ....... Queriam me vender mas peças . Fuja !
You arrive to fix a problem and they want to change everything, not to mention the weak post-sale / service. I spent a fortune and the suspension is still noisy, I went back there and ....... They wanted to sell me more parts. Run!
