Marquei horário com dois dias de antecedência e mesmo assim a clínica me ligou pra ajustar horário propondo dois tratamentos que podiam ser consecutivos fossem separados pq não tinham profissional para atender no horário que eles mesmo proporam primeiro. Não gostei, achei pouco profissional.
I couldn't go but I want to leave my Review to improve the organization of the agenda. I made an appointment two days in advance and even so the clinic called me to adjust the schedule proposing two treatments that could be consecutive to be separated because they had no professional to attend at the time they even proposed first. I didn't like it, I found it unprofessional.

As terapeutas são ótimas, porém o local é pouco acolhedor e se o objetivo for relaxar, não indico. Muito barulho de conversas pararelas, que mesmo com reclamação nao cessaram, minando totalmente a experiência.
Edit. 11/14 - We accepted the courtesy offered and the experience was completely different. Excellent companies recognize their faults and correct and you did it with praise. Thank you! We are now fixed customers!

The therapists are great, but the place is not very welcoming and if the goal is to relax, I don't recommend it. Much noise from parallel conversations, which even with complaints did not cease, totally undermining the experience.
