Passam um valor, depois aumentam alegando que era outro modelo.
E ainda cobram para adaptar o formato da arte ao formato usado pelo maquinário.
Seria mais bonito falar que não tem interesse em atender o cliente.
Precisava de urgência no atendimento e perdi meu tempo!
 Disrespect for the customer.
They pass a value, then increase it claiming it was another model.
And they still charge to adapt the art format to the format used by the machinery.
It would be more beautiful to say that you have no interest in serving the customer.
I needed urgent care and I wasted my time!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui na Black Friday que foi falado, conversei por telefone, cheguei na loja, fui informada que havia acabado os itens e se eu quisesse teria que mandar fazer e era outro valor. Isso pq falei 30 minutos antes de chegar na loja, falta de respeito. Só compro pq é o único lugar que vende o uniforme que minhas filhas usam.
It was on Black Friday that I was talked to, I talked on the phone, I arrived at the store, I was informed that the items were finished and if I wanted I would have to have them made and it was another value. That's because I said 30 minutes before arriving at the store, lack of respect. I only buy it because it's the only place that sells the uniform my daughters wear.
