★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Há 15 dias atrás eu contratei os serviços da NG Forros para instalar forros térmicos na minha casa. Infelizmente, fiquei decepcionado com dois aspectos da empresa:
1. Não comparecimento na visita de inspeção: ao longo de 1 semana e meia foram feitos 3 agendamentos, que a empresa não compareceu. Foi uma falta de consideração enorme, pois minha mãe se organizou para espera-los no horário/dia combinado e eles simplesmente não foram e não entraram em contato justificando. Minha mãe tinha que ligar para perguntar o que havia acontecido e sempre se “desculpavam” e marcavam para outra data que não apareciam. Eles só vieram na 4º tentativa quando eu já ia mudar de empresa.
2. Sujeira deixada no forro. No dia da instalação, percebi o pouco cuidado em deixar marcas de mãos no forro (que veio embalado e protegido). Quando concluída a instalação era visível várias marcas de dedos, sujeira e poeira. Chamei a atenção disso na hora. E na correria “passaram um pano”, óbvio que não limpou, resultando em um trabalho sujo, que poderia ser evitado. E agora eu tenho o forro com diversas marcas de sujeira (coloquei as fotos aqui), que eu tenho que tirar. A empresa deveria ficar atenta desde o início quanto a evitar marcas e sujeiras. Pois o forro ficou bonito até você olhar com mais atenção para ele e verificar a enorme quantidade de marcas de dedos e sujeiras , que deixam ele feio.
Aspectos positivos da empresa: orientaram na visita técnica quanto a necessidade de tampar buracos no telhado que poderiam prejudicar o forro; simpatia dos atendentes e funcionários no dia da instalação; qualidade da estrutura de suporte do forro e materiais utilizados.
15 days ago I hired the services of NG Forros to install thermal liners in my home. Unfortunately, I was disappointed with two aspects of the company:
1. Failure to attend the inspection visit: over 1 and a half weeks, 3 appointments were made, which the company did not attend. It was a huge lack of consideration, as my mother organized to wait for them at the agreed time / day and they just did not go and did not get in touch justifying. My mother had to call to ask what had happened and they always “apologized” and set up for another date that didn't show up. They only came on the 4th attempt when I was about to change companies.
2. Dirt left on the lining. On the day of installation, I noticed the lack of care in leaving handprints on the lining (which came packaged and protected). When the installation was complete, several fingerprints, dirt and dust were visible. I called attention to that at the time. And on the run “they wiped a cloth”, obviously they didn't clean it, resulting in dirty work, which could be avoided. And now I have the lining with several dirt marks (I put the pictures here), which I have to take. The company should pay attention from the beginning to avoid marks and dirt. Because the lining was beautiful until you look at it more closely and check the huge amount of fingerprints and dirt, which make it look ugly.
Positive aspects of the company: they guided the technical visit regarding the need to plug holes in the roof that could damage the ceiling; friendliness of attendants and employees on the day of installation; quality of the ceiling support structure and materials used.
