★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiz uma compra na Nova hera lingerie e estou precisando fazer a troca. Entrei em contato através do telefone e do Whatsapp que tem no cartão da loja. Além de recusarem todas as chamadas também não respondem Whatsapp. Na loja não tem provador então fazer a troca é o mínimo, preciso confirmar se tenho 30 dias para troca somente. Não recomendo a loja passem longe.
