Além dos prazos não serem cumpridos, negociaram um valor fechado comigo e depois me devolveram os extintores com um boleto totalmente fora do que haviam combinado. Afirmaram que foi necessária uma troca de peças, porém, em momento nenhum me ligaram para que eu autorizasse a realizar o serviço. Péssimo atendimento. Empresa que prefere ganhar em cima do cliente ao invés de fideliza - lo. Não recomendo de maneira nenhuma.
I had a bad experience with this company. In addition to the deadlines not being met, they negotiated a closed price with me and then returned the fire extinguishers with a payment slip totally out of what they had agreed. They said it was necessary to exchange parts, but at no time did they call me to authorize the service. Terrible attendance. Company that prefers to win over the customer instead of building customer loyalty. I do not recommend it at all.
