Total descaso com o cliente, é necessário a gente mandar msg pra Deus e todo mundo pra tentar falar com alguém de lá. Reze pra não ficar sem conexão, porq se precisar do suporte dessa empresa, já era... ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O atendimento pelo whatsapp é péssimo! Super mal educado o cara me atendeu. ELES IAM TER MAIS CLIENTES MAS ACABARAM DE PERDER! No início eles só faltavam colocar nós clientes no céu, agora ... Agente dá um bom dia pra pedir qq informação e nem um " bom dia" formal você não recebe de quem fica nesse atendimento vergonhoso!!!
Parece que quem fica no atendimento via whatsapp faz a força o trabalho porque não é nada satisfatório.
The service through whatsapp is terrible! Super rude, the guy answered me. THEY WOULD HAVE MORE CUSTOMERS BUT THEY JUST LOST! In the beginning they just needed to put us clients in heaven, now... Agent, give a good day to ask for any information and not even a formal "good morning" you don't receive from those who stay in this shameful service!!!
It seems that whoever stays at the service via whatsapp does the work because it's not satisfactory.
