★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Coloquei meu carro por indicação de uma amigo nessa oficina que trabalhava nela, pois o motor havia batido! Meu carro passou UM ANO nessa oficina (entrou em março de 2020 e saiu em fevereiro de 2021). Paguei mais de R$ 7 mil reais (dinheiro em espécie) nesse motor (acreditando que meu problema estava resolvido)... mas, infelizmente me enganei profundamente... o carro saiu acendendo luz de óleo, e de tantas idas e voltas para essa oficina, depois de um ano brigando... me entregaram o carro ainda fumaçando (parece uma caeira) e bebendo óleo do motor. Ainda hoje meu carro fumaça, sem contar que tenho que ta colocando óleo no motor de mês em mês... Não voltei mais porque podia passar mais um ano encostado la e eles protelando.... Experiencia muito desagradável...além de muita raiva, decepção e dor de cabeça. Nunca mais eu ando nessa oficina e nem aconselho a ninguém colocar seu carro la...
I put my car on the recommendation of a friend in this workshop who worked in it, because the engine had crashed! My car spent ONE YEAR in this workshop (it entered in March 2020 and left in February 2021). I paid more than BRL 7,000 reais (cash money) for this engine (believing that my problem was solved)... but, unfortunately, I was deeply mistaken... the car turned on an oil light, and so many back and forth to this garage, after a year of fighting... they handed me the car still smoking (it looks like a rainstorm) and drinking engine oil. Even today my car smokes, not to mention that I have to put oil in the engine every month... I didn't come back because I could spend another year leaning on it and they stalling.... Very unpleasant experience...in addition to a lot anger, disappointment and headache. I never walk in that garage again and I don't even advise anyone to put their car there...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Minha experiência não foi muito boa, meu carro foi colocado pelo corretor amigo, pra trocar duas portas dianteira e traseira do lado motorista, tudo já pago pelo seguro, depois da chegada das peças, passaram 2 meses e seis dias, depois notei falta de parafuso na sustentação do retrovisor, vidro da porta do lado direito solto, pois eles perderam o pino que segura o vidro, mexeram a na parte elétricas, deixando o alerta piscando sem ser acionado, resultado, pedi a paciência e levei em outra oficina, que consertou em poucos minutos o que eles diziam que levariam mais de três dias pra fazer, sem custos, preferi pagar do que ter mais aborrecimento.
My experience was not very good, my car was placed by the broker friend, to change two front and rear doors on the driver's side, everything already paid for by the insurance, after the arrival of the parts, 2 months and six days passed, then I noticed a lack of screw in the rear view mirror support, glass on the right side door loose, because they lost the pin that holds the glass, they moved the electrical part, leaving the alert flashing without being triggered, as a result, I asked for patience and took it to another workshop, which fixed it in a few minutes what they said would take more than three days to do, free of charge, I'd rather pay than have more hassle.
