Quando o meu pedido chegou vi que tinha vindo cafe com leite no lugar do expresso. Questionei a moça no mesmo momento e ela disse que era assim mesmo que a máquina fazia essa espuma. Provei e vi que era mesmo café com leite. Questionei a moça novamente e ela disse que era café com leite. Afirmei que eu havia pedido expresso e a outra moça disse que eu havia pedido café com leite. Foi feito a troca. A partir deste momento, comecei a ser mal atendido. Tem comércio e sei que o cliente deve ser respeitado e bem atendido. E não se deve questionar o pedido do cliente se atendente levou errado.
I've been there a few times, but to buy bread and cold cuts. I arrived today, I was waiting at the counter, the attendants stopped talking. I ordered and went out. When my order arrived I saw that it had coffee with milk instead of espresso. I questioned the girl at the same time and she said that was how the machine made this foam. I stated that I had ordered espresso and the other girl said that I had ordered café au lait. The exchange was made. From that moment on, I started to be treated poorly. There are shops and I know that the customer must be respected and well attended. And you shouldn't question the customer's order if the attendant took it wrong.
