★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A associação conta com portaria fechada, parques, reserva florestal e serviços de monitoramento, os funcionarios de limpeza e portaria são muito atenciosas, mas a administração deixa a desejar caso você precise de algum auxilio eles enrolam ate vc desistir. As ruas estão ruins e dificilmente sofrem manutenção, ja acontecerem roubos dentro da associação e a mesma não soube dizer o que aconteceu, simplesmente passou e nada.
Sobre os moradores são pessoas bem tranquilas e dificilmente vocé tera problemas com barulho.
The association has closed concierge, parks, forest reserve and monitoring services, the cleaning and concierge employees are very attentive, but the administration leaves something to be desired if you need any help they roll until you give up. The streets are bad and are hardly maintained, there have already been robberies within the association and the association could not say what happened, it just passed and nothing.
About the residents they are very quiet people and you will hardly have problems with noise.
