A pessoa que me atendeu (acredito ser a dona da loja) me desmoralizou insinuando que não teria dinheiro para pagar o traje só porque não concordei com a forma de pagamento proposta por ela. Sem contar que a loja só tinha uma opção de roupa na cor que eu precisava.
Lamentável. Péssimo atendimento e tratamento com o cliente.
Terrible.
The person who attended to me (I believe to be the owner of the store) demoralized me, insinuating that I would not have the money to pay for the costume just because I did not agree with the form of payment proposed by her. Not to mention that the store only had a choice of clothes in the color I needed.
Unfortunate. Poor customer service and treatment.
