Minha maquina de lavar parou de funcionar. O técnico veio até o local, constatou a queima da placa principal, efetuou a troca por uma nova e deixou a queimada para que eu mesma a descartasse, o que prova a honestidade da empresa.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Zero profissionalismo, realizou a troca da peça e não adiantou de nada e alegam que não sabem qual o problema do aparelho. Se não sabem, porque disseram que resolveria trocando uma peça? Zero profissionalismo.
Zero professionalism, they replaced the part and it didn't do any good and they claim they don't know what the problem is with the device. If they don't know, why did they say it would change a piece? Zero professionalism.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Deu 5 estrelas porque fui muito bem atendida pela Nova Service .... Nas outras que liguei antes nem aos sábados podia atender, com eles agendei e no próprio sábado foi feito o conserto do meu refrigerador. Agora está tudo funcionando, obrigada pela atenção de vocês!

Veio a primeira vez, fez recarga no gás e disse que ia funcionar.
Aconteve que nao funcionou e agora ele simplesmente ignora minhas ligações e mensagens.
Sr Valter simplesmente o maior picareta que eu já vi
He changed the fridge's motor and it doesn't turn off.
The first time came, recharged the gas and said it would work.
Turns out it didn't work and now it just ignores my calls and messages.
