★ ★ ★ ★ ★ NÃO CONTRATEM! Fizeram um orçamento e cobraram outro! Além disso não se responsabilizaram com os itens quebrados (VÁRIOS). Tivemos muito prejuízo. A embalagem das coisas totalmente desorganizada e de péssima qualidade. Não tiveram cuidado ao embalar os vinhos, jogaram a caixa de qualquer jeito e acabou quebrando vinhos caros e taças de cristais. Quebraram a tomada da adega. Não pagaram nada com a justificativa que "foi sem querer" e desapareceram com as caixas de vinhos quebradas. Eles deveriam ter desembalado as caixas de vinhos quebrados, assumido a responsabilidade por embalar e manusear e por fim pagado o prejuízo que causou. Não pagou nada e ainda tiveram a ousadia de cobrar gorjeta. Já fizemos mudanças mais de 12 vezes e essa foi a única empresa que nos deu prejuízo. PÉSSIMO SERVIÇO!
DO NOT CONTRACT! They made a budget and charged another! In addition they were not responsible for broken items (VARIOUS). We had a lot of damage. The packaging of things totally disorganized and of poor quality. They were not careful when packing the wines, threw the box anyway and ended up breaking expensive wines and crystal glasses. They broke the cellar outlet. They paid nothing with the justification that "it was unintentionally" and disappeared with the broken wine boxes. They should have unpacked the broken wine boxes, taken responsibility for packaging and handling and finally paid for the damage they caused. He paid nothing and they still had the audacity to charge a tip. We have already made changes more than 12 times and this was the only company that made us losses. GREAT SERVICE!
