Ficaram com o meu produto 4 meses e não consertaram, e eles não querem devolver ,a não ser que eu assine um documento dizendo que eu que não quis o conserto.
Estou com minha filha hospitalizada , quando sairmos daqui vou pra justiça para poder receber um produto que é meu e eles não consertaram nem querem devolver.
Será que isso só aconteceu comigo?
Se viram que não iria conserta prá que ficaram com o meu produto?
Vou pra justiça pra garantir que eles não retiraram nenhuma peça.

I do not recommend!
They kept my product for 4 months and didn't fix it, and they don't want to return it, unless I sign a document saying that I didn't want the repair.
I have my daughter hospitalized, when we leave here I go to court to be able to receive a product that is mine and they didn't fix it or want to return it.
Did it just happen to me?
If they saw that it would not fix why they stayed with my product?
I'm going to court to make sure they haven't removed any pieces.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Inicialmente tive um excelente atendimento por telefone e whatsapp. Porém, assim que o climatizador foi entregue na Nova Clima Refrigeração (para realizar uma limpeza e averiguar um possível problema na refrigeração) tudo mudou! Apesar das promessas de entrega e da minha solicitação de urgência recebia sempre uma nova data (isso aconteceu várias vezes). Se a empresa estava passando por qualquer problema logístico deveriam ter me comunicado antes de levar o aparelho, pois eu deixei muito clara a necessidade de urgência e ainda assim prometeram a entrega em pouco tempo. Porém, dias depois entrei mais uma vez em contato e dessa vez já havia outro problema: o equipamento que faz a limpeza havia quebrado e segundo eles não seria possível realizar o meu serviço, mas mesmo assim perguntaram se eu queria que reparassem apenas o motor, pois não tava climatizando (conforme eu mesma relatei quando falamos por telefone pela primeira vez, mas este problema poderia ser apenas falta de limpeza como o mesmo também suspeitou). Entretanto, se o aparelho não passou por limpeza para ver se o problema se solucionava. Pra que tentar reparar? Ou seja, não faz sentido! Além disso, achei estranho uma empresa depender unicamente de um equipamento de limpeza. Por fim, retirei o aparelho da loja e levei para a JP Refrigeração que fez a limpeza iniciando na mesma hora e entregando no outro pela manhã (pois estava com muito pó/sujeira). O motor não precisou de reparo e voltou a funcionar normalmente após a limpeza. Acredito que as pessoas que trabalham na Nova Clima são competentes, mas faltou pontualidade e respeito ao cliente após o envio do aparelho. E isso deve ser melhorado se quiserem realmente permanecer no ramo.

Despite the delivery promises and my urgent request, I always received a new date (this happened several times). If the company was experiencing any logistical problems, they should have informed me before taking the device, because I made it very clear that it was urgent and they still promised delivery in a short time. However, days later I got in touch again and this time there was another problem: the equipment that does the cleaning had broken and according to them it would not be possible to carry out my service, but even so they asked if I wanted them to repair only the engine, because it wasn't air conditioning (as I reported when we spoke on the phone for the first time, but this problem could just be lack of cleanliness as he also suspected). However, if the device did not go through cleaning to see if the problem was solved. Why try to fix it? In other words, it makes no sense! In addition, I found it strange for a company to rely solely on cleaning equipment. Finally, I removed the device from the store and took it to JP Refrigeração, who cleaned it starting at the same time and delivering it the next morning (because it was very dusty/dirty). The engine did not need repair and returned to normal operation after cleaning. I believe that the people who work at Nova Clima are competent, but there was a lack of punctuality and respect for the customer after sending the device. And that must be improved if they really want to stay in the business.
