★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comprei 3 interruptores e tive que finalizar as instalações eletricas da casa, ao instalar todos, um deles apresentou problema e acionando a revenda, não tivemos o respaldo de troca pelo tempo de compra e identificação do problema. Já com a Nova Digital, se comprometeram em analisar o problema de perto, o equipamento foi enviado via Correios (sem custos), foi analisado um defeito de fábrica no relé e enviado outro equipamento.
Agradeço o comprometimento da Empresa relacionado ao pós-vendas, infelizmente com a revenda, deixou na mão!!!!
I bought 3 switches and had to finish the electrical installations of the house, when installing all of them, one of them presented a problem and triggered the resale, we did not have the support of exchange for the time of purchase and identification of the problem. Already with Nova Digital, they undertook to analyze the problem closely, the equipment was sent via Correios (free of charge), a factory defect in the relay was analyzed and other equipment was sent.
I am grateful for the Company's commitment related to after-sales, unfortunately with the resale, left it up !!!!
