Tem aulas de bike, pilates, boxe, circuítos, etc...
Um ponto negativo é que só tem banheiro no piso superior, onde tem as aulas. No piso térreo onde fica os aparelhos de musculação não tem banheiro.

One downside is that there is only a bathroom on the top floor where you have classes. On the ground floor where is the weight machines has no bathroom.

sempre tem um bom relogio por perto (util para marcar os segundos dos intervalos no treino). Os profissionais que gostam do que fazem sao mto bons.
Well-equipped, up-to-date visuals, you almost never have to take turns and
always have a good watch around (useful for setting the seconds of breaks in training). Professionals who like what they do are very good.
