★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento péssimo, perdi meia hora esperando para falar com atendente, a minha mãe foi perguntar para o atendente se ainda iria demorar para nos atender e o mesmo sem paciência respondeu de forma grossa, vários computadores e só 2 pessoas atendendo e ambos fazendo arte no photoshop, sistema guichê falho no qual sempre coloca à prioridade na frente (independente de quanto tempo os outros clientes estão aguardando) sem sabermos pressionamos na maquina (comum) e todo mundo apertando prioridade (sem ser) passando na nossa frente.
Não recomendo!
Terrible service, I wasted half an hour waiting to talk to the attendant, my mother went to ask the attendant if it would still take time to attend to us and he without patience replied in a rude manner, several computers and only 2 people attending and both doing art in photoshop , faulty window system in which we always put priority in front (regardless of how long the other customers are waiting) without knowing we press on the machine (common) and everyone presses priority (without being) passing in front of us.
I do not recommend!

Ao fazer o orçamento de 2 camisas fui informada de um valor e ao pagar fui cobrada por serviços adicionais sem aviso prévio da cobrança, infelizmente só percebi quando cheguei em casa, me sentir lesada, pelo CDC, Art.40 deve ser informado ao consumidor todos os valores cobrados pelos serviços oferecidos pelo local que reflete no valor final do produto e infelizmente não é isso que encontramos. Passei 2 horas para ser atendida, e quando em fim chegou minha vez o atendimento foi grosseiro.
Slow, lousy and disrespectful service,
When making the budget for 2 shirts I was informed of an amount and when paying I was charged for additional services without prior notice of the charge, unfortunately I only realized when I got home, I felt aggrieved, by the CDC, Art.40 must be informed to the consumer, all the values charged for the services offered by the location that reflects on the final value of the product and unfortunately that's not what we found. I spent 2 hours to be assisted, and when it was finally my turn, the service was rude.

Se demoram para atender, é porque há poucas empresas em Belém que fazem esse tipo de serviço, e muita gente ainda vai decidir na loja como será a sua arte, ocupando o designer por vários minutos.
