Falta de profissionalismo incompetência técnica pois não conseguem executar bem uma vistoria. Aceitando a entrega do imóvel com depredações inaceitáveis.
Do not trust the services provided by this real estate company. Why? Because they have not fulfilled the role they require a serious company they claim to be. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui bem atendido quando estive interessado em vender meu apartamento, vieram aqui, tiraram fotos e trabalharam a venda do mesmo, porém estávamos em uma época em que ninguém estava investindo em nada pela situação política e econômica do nosso país, mesmo assim eles se esforçaram em tentar vender meu apartamento, felizmente não conseguiram um comprador pois também tive problemas e não teria conseguido comprar o outro em que estava interessado, recomendo a todos que desejam comprar ou vender seus imóveis.
I was well attended when I was interested in selling my apartment, they came here, took pictures and worked on the sale of it, but we were in a time when nobody was investing in anything because of the political and economic situation in our country, even so they made an effort to trying to sell my apartment, luckily they couldn't find a buyer because I also had problems and wouldn't have been able to buy the other one I was interested in, I recommend it to everyone who wants to buy or sell their properties.

Must have gone broke! I called about 8x, sent about 4 emails and they never answered or returned. They definitely closed.
