★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Funcionários não sabem como funciona os processos de negócio da própria empresa, não respondem e-mails e quando respondem é com semanas de atraso, sinceramente não sei como ganham dinheiro com um serviço tão pífio.
 Employees don't know how the company's business processes work, they don't answer emails and when they do it's weeks late, I honestly don't know how they make money with such a lousy service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Entramos em contato perguntando se o apartamento que iríamos visitar aceitava pet, falaram para nós que aceitava. Viemos de longe, pagamos Uber para quando chegarmos a corretora falar que não aceita. Falta de profissionalismo e empatia com o outro. Não agendo nenhuma visita com essa empresa e também não indico a ninguém. Péssimo!
We got in touch asking if the apartment we were going to visit accepted pets, they told us they did. We came from far away, we paid Uber for when we get to the brokerage to say that they don't accept it. Lack of professionalism and empathy with the other. I don't schedule any visits with this company and I don't recommend it to anyone either. Terrible!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Simplesmente nunca tive um atendimento tão ruim como agora , enviei um e-mail no dia 08/12/2021 para entregar duas lojas que tenho em contrato , depois disso estou tentando ligar mas ninguém atende as ligações , os e-mails não são retornados e quero agendar a entrega dos imóveis mas parece que a empresa é FANTASMA , não consigo que ninguém me atenda , isso não é NORMAL !
O mais incrível que me ligaram hoje para saber como vou pagar o IPTU quando falei que estava entregando as lojas a pessoa não sabia , pedi para me passar para o setor responsável mas ela me passou um número que fico 30 minutos escutando uma música.
É surreal isso !!!
I've simply never had such bad service as now, I sent an email on 12/08/2021 to deliver two stores that I have under contract, after that I'm trying to call but no one answers the calls, emails are not returned and I want to schedule the delivery of the properties but it seems that the company is GHOST, I can't get anyone to answer me, this is not NORMAL!
The most incredible thing is that they called me today to find out how I'm going to pay the IPTU when I said I was delivering the stores, the person didn't know, I asked to pass me on to the responsible sector but she gave me a number where I listen to a song for 30 minutes.
This is surreal!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A empresa tem um atendimento pífio. Passei mais de meia hora tentando ser atendida. E não o fui. Penso qual a utilidade de dar um imóvel meu para ser gerenciado por uma empresa que sequer consegue dar retorno telefônico ao cliente.
The company has poor customer service. I spent over half an hour trying to get service. And I didn't. I think what is the use of giving my property to be managed by a company that can't even give a call back to the customer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Interessei-me por um imóvel que teria que pagar mais de 2.200 reais por mês para morar. Entrei em contato com esse lugar 3 vezes no Whatsapp no número indicado no Zap, fiz perguntas, queria marcar visita e tirar dúvidas.
Aparentemente eles estão fazendo muito sucesso no ramo imobiliário, pois apesar de estarem online todas as vezes, não se interessaram nunca em me responder. Descaso e profissionalismo não se beijam. Jamais fecharei negócios com quem "não precisa" de clientes. Acaba de entrar para a lista negra.
