★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento. Atraso de mais de uma hora além do tempo regular. Atendente grosseira e não sabe lidar com a critica. Pedi 3 vezes e todas as vezes tive uma péssima experiência. Só insisti em pedir pq o lanche é muito bom. Mas não recomendo a ninguém atrasa demais não cumprem prazos e ainda acham ruim quando vamos reclamar.
Terrible attendance. Delay of more than an hour beyond regular time. Rude clerk and does not know how to deal with criticism. I asked 3 times and every time I had a bad experience. I just insisted on asking because the snack is very good. But I do not recommend to anyone too late, do not meet deadlines and still think it is bad when we complain.

Algo que também me incomodou foi ter vindo uma quantidade além da solicitada (batata frita a mais, cerveja a mais), talvez isso faça parte da estratégia de vendas.
The food is great, and the atmosphere is very pleasant, but the fact that the waiter is without a mask bothered me a lot.
Something that also bothered me was that there was more than requested (more fries, more beer), maybe this is part of the sales strategy.
