★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A loja e peguena, mas tem boa variedade de produtos. Os eletrônicos são caros (especialmente celulares) mas você pode conseguir um bom desconto se souber negociar. Comprei um arcondicionado 9000 btus, de r$1350 saiu por r$990 à vista negociação com o gerente.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não coloco mais os pés lá. Anunciaram um produto em uma vitrine que só os funcionários tem a chave. Quando fui passar o produto no caixa, estava com o valor mais alto do que estava anunciado na vitrine. Detalhe, o produto estava com o valor colado nele. Daí eu disse que levaria o produto pelo preço que estava na vitrine, a gerente tentou me convencer de que eu estava errada. Até onde sei, de acordo com o código de defesa do consumidor: "Art. 30. Toda informação ou publicidade, suficientemente precisa, veiculada por qualquer forma ou meio de comunicação com relação a produtos e serviços oferecidos ou apresentados, obriga o fornecedor que a fizer veicular ou dela se utilizar e integra o contrato que vier a ser celebrado". Ou seja, era para eu levar o produto pelo preço que estava anunciado na vitrine da loja. E mesmo explicando pacientemente para a gerente, ela tentou me passar a todo custo um outro produto que possuía o valor que eu gostaria de ter levado o produto que escolhi e que assim, estava anunciado. Infelizmente eu estava sem celular para registrar todo o ocorrido e eles aproveitaram disso e trocaram o preço na vitrine. A gerente meio que ainda tentou ameaçar o vendedor, querendo deixar a entender que o erro foi dele e que ele seria punido por isso, disse ela “depois conversamos!”. Eu, ainda com compaixão do vendedor, achei melhor deixar para lá, porque poderia ter custado o emprego dele se ele confirmasse tudo o que aconteceu. Mais fica aqui, todo o meu relato e alerta para quem ainda pensa em comprar nesta loja.
Exijam seus direitos, se acharem que este, está sendo violado pela loja. Infelizmente aqui em Pinheiro não temos muitas opções de lojas de eletrodomésticos ou de móveis e acabamos reféns deste tipo de comércio que só quer tirar proveito em cima da população e mesmo o consumidor sabendo dos seus direitos, tentam titubeá-lo

The manager sort of tried to threaten the salesman, wanting to make it clear that he made the mistake and that he would be punished for it, she said "later we'll talk!" I, still with compassion from the seller, thought it best to let it go, because it could have cost him his job if he confirmed everything that happened. Demand your rights if you think this is being violated by the store. Unfortunately here in Pinheiro we do not have many options for appliance stores or furniture and we end up hostage to this type of trade that only wants to take advantage of the population and even the consumer knowing their rights, try to hesitate
