★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A rua do Hotel continua péssima sem asfalto e muita lama. Café da manhã com pouca variedade e falta muita coisa, inclusive produtos regionais que esperamos encontrar quando vamos a Bahia. Funcionários gentis porém, explorados pelo Hotel claramente! Recepcionistas fazendo tudo, bar, limpeza na piscina, resolvendo questões que deveriam ser de gerentes. Falta funcionários e tbem treinamento para alguns que não tem culpa de nada, pois quem recruta essas pessoas deveriam orientar mais e explorar menos! Um hotel que fui antes da reforma, dei uma nova chance mas não tenho vontade de voltar. Inclusive um absurdo as 22 horas apagarem luzes das áreas úteis do hotel, piscina, bar, deixando apenas a recepção acesa. Precisa melhorar muito para ser um Hotel da rede soberano.
 The street of the Hotel is still terrible without asphalt and a lot of mud. Breakfast with little variety and a lot lacking, including regional products that we hope to find when we go to Bahia. Kind staff however exploited by the Hotel clearly! Receptionists doing everything, bar, cleaning the pool, solving questions that should be managers. There is a lack of employees and also training for some who are not to blame for anything, because those who recruit these people should guide more and explore less! A hotel I went to before the renovation, I gave it another chance but I don't want to go back. It's even absurd that the lights in the hotel's useful areas, swimming pool, bar are turned off at 10 pm, leaving only the reception on. It needs to improve a lot to be a Sovereign Hotel.

Estrutura do hotel é boa.
Café da manhã: médio
Deixa a desejar em: qualidade da água da pia e do sanitário é horrível, tem odor fortíssimo!
A limpeza dos quartos precisa de ajustes, em 7 dias a pia do banheiro não foi limpa, apenas o chão e o box. Foi trocado rouparia apenas quando solicitamos. Camas e travesseiros ok!
Tem tudo pra ser um ótimo hotel, só precisa de ajustes.

Hotel structure is good.

It leaves something to be desired in: the quality of the water in the sink and toilet is horrible, it has a very strong odor!
Room cleaning needs adjustment, in 7 days the bathroom sink was not cleaned, only the floor and the shower stall. Linen was changed only when requested. Beds and pillows ok!
It has everything to be a great hotel, it just needs adjustments.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Os quartos são grandes arejados. A água do banheiro muito amarelada. A limpeza era mediana. O maior problema era na hora do café da manhã, tinham mais de 20 quartos e apenas 10 mesas para tomar o café da manhã. As vezes chegávamos para tomar café e não tinha mesa disponível. Tínhamos que aguardar mesa e as mesmas não eram higienizadas já que estamos em pandemia.a piscina era grande limpa, nas falta mesas e gusrda-sol. Se ficássemos na piscina não tinha um guarda sol para nós proteger do sol. Outro problema é que o wi-fi não funcionava nos quartos e as vezes nem na recepção.

Se está pensando em pagar mais caro num quarto superior, esperando algum diferencial, saiba que não tem diferença nenhuma do standard que é mais barato. A não ser você ter que subir e descer com suas malas a escadaria.
Se pensa ir de carro, esquece. O estacionamento não acomoda os carros dos hóspedes além de ser de difícil acesso devido ao pequeno espaço.
O Hotel em si é bonito, a primeira impressão. Funcionários educados, parabéns!
Mas confira sempre que sair do seu quarto pois as fechaduras eletrônicas não trancam, e precisa você ficar batendo a porta com tanta força a ponto de ter pessoas te olhando achando que é louco (a recomendação de bater forte a porta, foi do próprio recepcionista).
Não disponibilizaram outro quarto. As moças que limpam são muito educadas, porém a limpeza do quarto em si, deixa a desejar. As camas com um cheiro fortíssimo de poeira, casas de aranha por todo lado (num quarto que recebe limpeza diária, não deveria ter).
Tinha tudo pra ser melhor o hotel, é bem localizado, e tudo mais. A rede Soberano peca no atendimento virtual, mas coisa que releva.
For the price you pay, they leave a lot to be desired.
If you are thinking of paying more for a superior room, expecting some difference, know that there is no difference from the cheaper standard. Unless you have to go up and down the stairs with your bags.
If you plan to go by car, forget it. The parking lot does not accommodate guests' cars and is difficult to access due to the small space.
The Hotel itself is beautiful, the first impression. Polite staff, congratulations!
But check it whenever you leave your room because the electronic locks don't lock, and you need to keep slamming the door so hard that people look at you thinking you're crazy (the receptionist's recommendation to slam the door hard) .
They did not provide another room. The girls who clean are very polite, but the cleaning of the room itself leaves something to be desired. The beds with a strong smell of dust, spider houses everywhere (in a room that receives daily cleaning, it shouldn't have).
The hotel had everything to be better, it is well located, and everything else. The Sovereign network lacks the virtual service, but something that stands out.
